How can I check my Bunulu gift Card Balance?
Login to your Bunulu.com account. Click on “Gift Card”. Enter your 12 Digit Gift Card Number. Click “Check Status and Balance”.
How do I return an item?
At Bunulu we stand behind the customer experience we offer and the goods purchased in our stores. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can bring it back to any Bunulu store or and we will make it right.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your item for the credit to appear on your account statement. If you paid with a Gift Card, Bunulu Rewards Certificate, or other Bunulu Discount Offer, you will receive your refund in the form of a Bunulu Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, Bunulu Rewards Certificate, or other Bunulu Discount Offer, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card.
Gift Cards cannot be returned.

All items returned for a refund must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Please see the Returns page for additional information.
What is the Bunulu Rewards Program?
Bunulu Rewards Program is our way to thank our loyal customers for shopping at Bunulu. As a member, you’ll be rewarded with exclusive offers sent to you via email or mail. The program is free! Just shop Bunulu, earn your points, and get your rewards!
How do I earn points when I make a purchase?
When checking out in-store, give the Bunulu associate your email or phone number associated with your Bunulu Rewards account. The associate will look up your account and ensure that you earn points for your purchase.
How does the points system work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Points are earned based on the amount of your purchase subtotal. You will not earn points on tax or other fees. Gift card purchases and purchases using store credit are not eligible to earn points. If you return a purchase for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your total points.
Why join the Bunulu Rewards Program?
Membership is free.
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
Earn points in-store on any purchase, except the purchase of gift cards.
For every 100 points you earn, you will receive a $5 Bunulu Rewards Coupon via email. Rewards members will also receive member-exclusive offers for promotions and events.
What are the rules of the program?

How long are points valid?
Points will expire one year from the date they were earned.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
The points earned on that purchase, are deducted from your points balance.
Can I return an item without a receipt?
A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. If you have lost your receipt and used your Bunulu Rewards Program account for the purchase, the store can look it up for you.
My account shows that I have a certain amount of points, but I know I’ve spent more than this. What should I do?

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?
No, the Bunulu Rewards Program account is individual and non-transferable.
How can I check to see if I have any offers or points?
To check your points balance online, go to Bunulu.com and login in to your Account. Select the “Loyalty Points” option from the left side menu.
Current LRP Balance:These are the points that are currently being accrued towards your next Rewards Certificate.
Lifetime LRP Balance: These are the total points that you have earned since you have joined the Bunulu Rewards Program, including points that you have previously earned Rewards for.
To check your available Reward Certificate offers, please contact our Bunulu customer service team and they will assist you, Toll Free at 844-507-5374 Monday – Sunday 10am-5pm EST or email email@example.com and include your name and email address associated with your Bunulu Rewards account.
In-store, you can ask a Bunulu associate to look up your Rewards account and inform you of any Rewards Certificate offers that you currently have available for use.
How do I redeem my Rewards Certificate?
Print your Bunulu Rewards Certificate email and bring in-store OR present the email on your phone to the Bunulu associate at check out. They will apply the Certificate discount code to your purchase.
How do I enroll in the Bunulu Loyalty Program?
Let one of our store associates know that you want to join the Bunulu Rewards Program. They’ll be happy to help you! It’s quick and easy.
What information do I need to provide to join?
To get the most out of the Bunulu Rewards Program, you must provide your firs and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, valid email address, and birthday. Opting in to receive emails from Bunulu allows us to send you exclusive member offers, including your rewards certificates.
Can I give my points to a friend or family member?
No, Bunulu Rewards Program points are not transferable.
