Returns and Exchanges

 

At Bunulu we stand behind our products and services and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Our priority is to build customers for life and that means if something is not right, we’ll do everything we can to get it right.

We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 90 days of original purchase date. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, in sellable condition, and accompanied by its original receipt. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Returns accompanied by a receipt will be credited to the original form of payment, if returned within 90 days of original purchase date. A store credit at current selling price, will be issued for returns without a receipt. If a gift card, rewards certificate or other Bunulu discount offer was the original form of payment, a store credit will be issued. If a credit card was used in combination with a gift card, rewards certificate, or other Bunulu discount offer, the original credit card purchase amount will be credited to the credit card, the remaining balance will be issued in a store credit.

Gift Cards cannot be returned.
